Following uproar from homeowners and local elected leaders, a state law allowing denser housing in single-family areas will no longer apply to the Pacific Palisades.

It’s going to be pretty disgusting watching these grifters recreate the housing crisis, millionaire fire traps, environmental destruction, car dependency, real estate profiteering, etc.

    gotta keep out them poors. and by poors i mean everyone making under $1m/year.

    if the lots could be split and duplexed, that might allow those that make ~$250k per year to move in.
