I’ve struggled with this line of thinking, myself. Sure, you’re taking their money, which is a plus, but you’re also encouraging the things that make them so disagreeable to begin with. Do the ends justify the means?

I mean, they seem to have that last part down.
That seems like a very bad sign. Someone wanted a message to get out to the public, but I’m not entirely sure what can be effectively done about it. Credit to the person with the balls to send out the warning, though.
