I played for maybe 4 years… With my GF.
We’d play together for hours nearly every day.
I would play “a bit” before work and end up an hour late. This happened often and we just quit cold turkey. Ended up MMO hopping for like 12 years. Now we don’t do MMOs.
if I felt that I was making less than I should, I would start looking for a new job.
And this is why it’s heavily discouraged in businesses. They want to milk people with minimal raises and not pay competitively. This is why it’s good to switch jobs every 2-3 years. You get a nice pay bump especially if you upskill (certs and projects).
This isn’t limited to IT positions. You can get certs in many vendors or program management certs.
I’m making three times what I used to four years ago from upskilling, job hopping and luck.

Damn straight it is. Every cake I’ve frozen has been fine 3 months later. I usually try and do a slice a week. Gone within 2 months.
Most cakes freeze quite well and can stay fresh-tasting from the freezer for up to a year (hence the wedding cake tradition!), though they’re usually best within three to four months of freezing.
The Baker says cake is good for 3-5 people.

Cut into servings. Take out 4 servings (2 people x 2 days) freeze the rest in slices so you can space it out.
It even works on other sites. I haven’t run into mainstream site it doesn’t support.

Honestly I think AI would do a ton better at replacing humans the higher up the food chain you start.
Replace a CEO with AI and then the lower levels. Keep all the foot soldiers and give them a bump or higher more to scale out and lower workload.
